vouchers - questions and answers
| How to buy vouchers |
| Vouchers can be bought like any other article. As soon as you bought one and paid for it, you will receive the voucher by email or mail. |
| How to send vouchers |
| If you want to send vouchers you click on "send vouchers" in your shopping basket. We do need from you the following information: First and family name of the recipient, a valid email address, the amount you want (it can also be just a part of your credit balance) and a short notice to the addresee. Please check your data before sending. You always have the possibility to correct your data, before sending. |
| How to buy with vouchers |
| As soon as you have a credit balance, you can use it to pay for your order. You do this during the process of ordering. In case your credit is less than the price of the goods you want to buy, you have to choose how you want to pay for the rest. Is your credit higher than the price of what you want to buy, the difference will remain as your credit balance. |
| How to book your vouchers |
| When you got a voucher by email, you can book it as follows: 1. Click on the link in your email. In case you have n`t yet your personal customer account, you may open one now. 2. After you put an item in your shopping basket, you can enter your vouchercode. |
